Wind Farm (Generating station of >100 <200 MW Capacity)
The Proposed Development initially comprised a total of 36 turbines with a maximum tip height of 149.9 metres, and an installed capacity of over 50 megawatts. The Application amended to 29 Turbines in July 2022 with same tip height 149.9 metres. The wind farm would be located adjacent to the operational Stronelairg Wind Farm and Glendoe Hydroelectric Scheme, approximately 11 km to the south east of Fort Augustus and 14 km west of Newtonmore within the Planning Authority area of the Highland Council..
