Wind Farm (Generating station of >50 < 100 MW Capacity )

Wind farm with generating capacity of 85.8MW and battery storage capacity of 14.1MW located west of the B709,approximately 7.5km northwest of Langholm and 15km northeast of Lockerbie in the Planning Authority area of Dumfries and Galloway. Consists of 13 turbines with a maximum blade tip height of 200m. Also ancillary infrastructure including access tracks connecting infrastructure, a small expansion of the existing vehicular access point from the public highway, hard standing areas e.g. crane pads, potential borrow pit(s), at least one anemometer mast, temporary working areas e.g. construction compound, control building and substation, and electrical cabling between this and the turbines.
