Wind Farm (Generating station of >50 < 100 MW Capacity )
The proposed development involves the construction and 40 -year operation of up to 12 wind turbines, each with a maximum blade tip height of 149.9 metres, alongside associated infrastructure. The total installed generating capacity is approximately 57.6MW from wind turbines, supported by an additional energy storage facility with an output capacity of up to 42MW. The proposed development is located within the Planning Authority area of The Highland Council, situated on the north coast of Scotland to the south-west of Melvich.
