Lethans Wind Farm Extension
Application to construct and operate Lethans Wind Farm Extension which would comprise 10 turbines in an area of commercial forestry north-east of New Cumnock, East Ayrshire and north-west of Kirkconnel, Dumfries & Galloway. 7 turbines would have a maximum tip height of 251m, with the remaining 3 having a maximum tip height of 235m. The proposed development is expected to have an installed capacity of around 66MW. All turbines will be fitted with aviation lighting.
