The Proposed Development involves the construction and operation of up to 18 wind turbines with maximum blade tip heights of up to 230 metres, alongside a battery energy storage system (BESS) and associated infrastructure. The total installed capacity is approximately 153MW, comprising 108MW from wind turbines (6MW each) and 45MW from battery storage. The proposed development is located within the Planning Authority area of Dumfries & Galloway Council, approximately 6km southwest of Langholm.
