Lees Hill Renewable Energy Park (LHREP)
The proposed development involves the construction and 35- year operation of up to 6 wind turbines, each with a maximum blade tip height of up to 200 metres, alongside a solar photovoltaic (PV) array with a generating capacity of up to 60MW and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) of up to 60MW. The total installed generating capacity is between 157MW and 165MW. The proposed development is located within the planning Authority area of Scottish Borders Council.
