The Proposed Development involves the construction and operation of 9 wind turbines, 7 with a maximum height tip of 200 m, 1 with a maximum height tip of 180 m, and 1 with a maximum height tip of 167.5 m, alongside a solar photovoltaic array and a battery energy storage system (BESS). The total installed capacity is approximately 89.4MW, comprising 59.4MW from wind turbines (6.6MW each), 18MW from solar PV arrays, and 12MW from battery storage. The proposed development is located approximately 3km northwest of Rosehall.
