The Proposed Development involves the construction and operation of up to 8 wind turbines, each with a tip height of up to 149.9 metres, alongside a battery energy storage system (BESS) and associated infrastructure. The total installed capacity is approximately 68.4MW, comprising 38.4MW from wind turbines (4.8MW each) and 30MW from battery storage. The proposed development is located within the Planning Authority area of Moray Council, approximately 6km from Dallas in Moray.
