Construct four new overhead line towers to turn in and connect ZCS route to the proposed Kincardine North Substation at 400kV;
Remove one existing overhead line tower (ZCS019); and
Install overhead line spans at 275kV on temporary supports to divert one circuit of ZCS route to enable construction of towers and removal of existing tower ZCS019.
